Important institutional visit yesterday, 07th June 2021, for OHB Italia: a delegation of TELEDIFE (IT, Telematic and Advanced Technology Direction of Ministry of Defence) was our guest at the Headquarters in Milan.
Admiral ABBAMONTE, Director of TELEDIFE, was impressed from the system integration capacity of OHB Italia and from the advanced Clean Room facilities that allow the whole production and integration phases of satellites or complex payloads.
The Admiral was adjourned on the ongoing programs and on the future business opportunities for the company. He was especially interested on the Eaglet II high revisit time Constellation and on the Flyeye Telescope which, in a few years, will be able to discover and track asteroids running towards the Earth together with dangerous debris orbiting around the Planet.
Mr. Aceti, CEO of OHB Italia, was proud to welcome the TELEDIFE delegation in our premises – “This visit confirms our positive and good relationship with Italian Defence, which need to have industrial references, such OHB Italia, to develop their important programmes for national security and safety”.
