OHB Italia is looking for an End-to-End Performance Engineer to join our Satellite & Missions Business Unit in #Milan.

🎯 Key #Responsibilities
➡️ Define and maintain end-to-end mission, system, and payload performance budgets.
➡️ Develop performance models and simulations to support system design and verification.
➡️ Coordinate performance engineering across space, ground, and operational segments.
➡️ Lead Cal/Val activities, including ground calibration and in-orbit commissioning campaigns.
💼 What we are looking for
➡️ Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Aerospace Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
➡️ Experience: Proven track record in performance engineering, mission analysis, or systems engineering within the space sector.
➡️ Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electro-optical systems, modeling/simulation, and space system verification processes.
➡️ Languages: Fluent written and spoken English.
Experience with Earth Observation (EO) missions and knowledge of ECSS standards are major assets.
