In view of the upcoming launch of the Eaglet II satellites for IRIDE mission, the #GroundSegment team of OHB Italia S.p.A. is carrying out the final operational activities at the Mission Control Center in Rome.
As shown in the images, OHB Italia S.p.A.’s staff is working hard on configuration checks, acquisition planning and system validation to ensure a smooth transition from separation to the early satellite operations.
The Flight Operations Segment (#FOS) is a core element of IRIDE/Eaglet II constellation, enabling secure signal reception, satellite control and the continuous monitoring required from the very first contact…..Because the first steps of the mission are built on ground expertise.
