Yesterday, we welcomed the new hires 2024 from all OHB Italia sites to our HQ in Milan. This special event gave us the chance to present our vision and mission, share where we currently stand, and—most importantly—where we are headed, while offering insights into our organizational structure, both in terms of personnel and operations.
After a series of interesting and inspiring presentations from our Management, we wrapped up the day with a networking lunch, where everyone had the opportunity to connect, foster synergies, and strengthen our team spirit in an informal setting that encouraged authentic interactions beyond formal roles.
