Senior Quality Assurance (m/f)

The ideal candidate has worked on challenging Space application projects.
Your Tasks
• Assembly and Test Procedures checking
• Inspection reporting (KIP/MIP)
• Manufacturing logs tracking
• Production of control checklists
• Controlling the Assembly, Integration and Verification phases for all quality aspects
• Interfacing with Product Assurance manager for all QA matters
• Interfacing with customer for all QA matters
• Interfacing with AIT personnel for all QA matters
• Managing nonconformance
• Controlling cleanliness and environmental parameters in AIT areas
• Surveillance on FOD directive application
• Controlling test activities interfacing facilities personnel for quality aspects
Your Qualifications
• Able to act as direct interface with customer for all quality topics
• Degree in engineering or physics. Bachelor degrees or technical high school graduations can be considered if combined to documented experience in the space sector in addition to the PA specific one.
• Knowledge of the main assembly and testing processes
• 5 years-experience minimum as QA in space industry or 10 years with the same qualification in similar sectors (aeronautics, railways etc.)
• Very good Knowledge of the ECSS Q-series standards, in particular Q-ST-20 (QA)
• Knowledge of ECSS-E-ST-10-02 and 03 (verification and testing)
• Knowledge of the ISO9001:2015 standard
• ECSS Cat2 Qualifications or equivalent (e.g. IPC) is an advantage and is welcome
• Working level fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
• Good Knowledge of the MS Office tools in Windows environment
