an OBSW Drivers/Firmware Developer m/f Ref. equipment 01_23
The ideal candidate is an experienced Embedded Driver/Firmware Developer to support the development of Space Computer Drivers for future Space Mission.
Your Tasks
- Provide support to hardware engineer and system engineer for software design
- Contribute to defining the drivers detailed specification
- Participate in the definition the drivers architecture
- Contribute to designing the drivers
- Perform coding rules conformance check
- Perform drivers code coverage and unit tests
- Perform driver’s functional tests
- Participate to software test and validation
Your Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience
- Fluent spoken and written English
Required Skills:
- Embedded programming
- SPARC assembly
- C language (gcc toolchain) and Gdb scripts
- LEON processor (SPARC)
- Embedded system interface lines (Spacewire, Uart)
- Board devices programming
Good knowledge of the following is nice to have:
- Previous experience in software design in military or aerospace will be appreciated
- Previous knowledge of ECSS-E-ST-40C and ECSS-Q-ST-80C.
- MISRA Rules
- Previous knowledge of LEON processor (SPARC)
- Previous knowledge of RTOS (RTEMS)
- Eclipse IDE
- Docker
