OHB Italia is looking for it’s Purchasing department in Milano and for immediate start a

Buyer  m/f

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the purchasing manager in designing and implemnting the purchasing strategy for each specific category;
• Managing and being in charge for the overall Purchasing process including defining the supplier list in the vendor list, preparing the request of quotation to send to suppliers, and managing commercial and contractual negotiation activities;
• Follow up on orders placed to ensure on time delivery;
• Proactively identify and resolve issues;
• Manage and mantain the relationship with suppliers;
• Identify and propose cost reduction and improvement opportunities;

Hard Skills:

• Abitiliy to negotiate in Italian and English and professional knowledge of negotiation skills;
• Familiarity with Microsoft office;
• Ability to draft contracts/orders and agreements in Italian and English;
• Ability to manage Multiple tasks;
• Good understanding of all main purchasing areas: negotiations,evalutaion and developement of suppliers, suppliers quality and logistics
• Experience in logistics and procurement of mechanical parts;

 Soft skils:

• Target and result oriented;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Team player;
• Ability to work under pressure;

Seniority Level:

at least 3 years of experience in international procurement and sourcing.
